DANIEL PARDO DURANA is the Director of the labor practice area at GPR CONSULTING. His practice focuses on labor, social security, immigration and constitutional Law. He has been assistant teacher of the Labor Law Graduate Program on Universidad del Norte.
Daniel has a Junior Degree from Universidad de Los Andes and a Graduate Degree in Labor Law from Universidad Javeriana. He has worked in the Constitutional Court in Colombia and in one of the most prestigious Law firms of the country, advising foreign and local clients in labor, immigration and social security matters such as the engagement and termination of employees and independent contractors, general compliance with regulatory labor obligations, share and asset purchase agreements, transfer of personnel, internal audits and due diligence, optimization of labor costs, engagement of expatriates, implementation of extralegal benefit plans, stock options, union matters, negotiation of staffing agreements, health and safety at work, constitutional claims, apprentice quota and administrative proceedings before the Ministry of Labor, SENA and UGPP.
